Pop genious Todd Wright's 40 x 40, an incredible songwriting marathon project, wrapped up this month. He's chosen a "Best of 40 x 40" collection of songs that we are offering here at the Wood and Stone Room.
Baltimore's own Austin Ellis is here this month working on his first full lenght CD release.
Austin has an incredibly smooth and engaging voice. Pulling grooves from R&B, jazz and blues, Ellis produces a soulful acoustic sound.

Jennifer Daniels - Coming to the Wood and Stone Room for a live, full length concert on August 29th!
The Wood and Stone Room began as our
'in home' recording studio; a place where we could make our own records & demos and sometimes record our friend's projects. Many years, and many good times later, we have decided to officially expand the studio into something that it has really already become on it's own - a community of independent artists and musicians. A place where we all feel comfortable coming up with crazy ideas, working hard, sharing resources and helping one another out.
This is a site for music fans to come see and hear favorite artists and find some new music to love.
It's also a site for musicians to sell their music and gain some additional exposure to new and existing fans.
